This is an old pivot shoe that has been discontinued and is no longer available.
The best match we have is our 15-167. This shoe is the same size but it has a smaller cam than the old shoe does.
With that said, it may still work but we'll need to see a photo of the pivot bar, removed from the window to confirm that it would be compatible with the newer shoe.
