MILGARD WINDOW BALANCE

Question

The cord inside one of our channels broke. I would like to purchase replacement channel assemblies. The enclosed image hopefully supplies sufficient info to enable identification. I will supply additional photos and/or measurements if needed.

Thanks for the great diagram! This is a huge help. Check out our S385-27 channel balance and see if this looks good to you. Based on your stamp, I would also recommend the 2640 option, but you might want to weigh your sash just to make sure that's correct.
