Your balance looks like a match for our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the bottom shoe size. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 3240 strength option.

However, your metal channel should measure as 33" long based on your stamp. Can you double check this measurement for us? Note, you only want to measure the metal channel itself. Make sure to not include the plastic fittings in this measurement!
