Hello!

The operator shown in your pictures is an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators. However, ROTO discontinued the link arms so you would have to re-use your old ones. We don't have an exact match for your hinge but our 36-004-10 should work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Look these parts over and see what you think.
