MIlgard vinyl window balance

Hi,
I have two kitchen windows that need balance springs and wanted your help identifying the correct product to order. The vent panel height is 11" tall and 26" wide. I am confident that I need the channel type balance but not sure of the length and series.

It looks like our top sash guide might be our 18-008. As far as the balances go, is there an identical window in the house where you can take out the balance and show us some photos of it?

Paul - thanks for the response, these are the only windows that are 11" tall. I will get photos of similar Milgard windows in the house that have balances. I will get the window sizes and the balance sizes for comparison.

I think I have figured out that I have the 385 balance. The balance shoe is the 15-004 model that is about 1-3/32" front to back. The glass opening in the sash is 7.75" and the sash weighs about 5 pounds. the total height of the vinyl frame in about 11". Can i get 4 balances that will fit this window? I will send these later this morning. Thanks for your help.

Thank you! I believe this is a match for our Series 385 channel balance. Yours will just have to be custom made since it's so short. We will email you a custom order link for 4 of these right now.
