crank will not close the window, which opens horizontally

Could you post a couple pictures of the crank in question? I'd like to see it removed from the window. If that isn't possible, I'd at least like to see as much of it as you can show. That will allow us to find the best match. Thanks!

Thanks for posting! Based on your number and diagram, our 39-114L might be what you're looking for. However, I don't think that will solve your problem. Your drawing also the corkscrew gear from the operator. This is not supposed to come out, and if it has then it means your operator needs to be replaced. If you want, you can show us a few pictures of the operator (removed from the window) and we can offer a good match.
