MQ Patio Door Handle and Single Mortise Lock Replacement

Hello. I am looking for the equivalent replacement parts for the handle and lock for my model 312 Patio door, made by Atrium / Reliabilt and purchased in 2017 from Lowe's. They have not been able to get me what I need as EOM, nor can 7 other local distributors.

Atrium created a ticket with the part numbers of the originals as handle: 312-2-HD-WE-KI-T (in white) and Locking Mechanism: 312-2-LO-CK-ME-CH. The full item description on the Lowe's invoice is: 6RB Vinyl BBG Patio LH NOSCR 312. Photos attached.

I am a little behind closing the loop here and am providing feedback not just to Bob, but anyone considering using Swisco.

In short, I was have zero luck getting simple parts (patio door handle and lock) from the manufacturer, warranty sub-contractor, or numerous similar distributors. I found this site and posted the information and pics I had available (super easy process). Bob was ultra-responsive, replying twice on the weekend - no banker's hours here! My parts came in 4-5 days, as scheduled, and were were exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. Also, the 3 min "how-to" installation video had a few essential tips that kept me from losing the lock inside the door. I am extremely happy overall, and grateful for your site and customer service. So is my wife, :) 10/10.
