MW-1 Window Balance System Replacement parts

Question

I need two complete sets of parts.  I attached a picture of the label (IMG_2063)for the windows. Both windows are the same height at 60". This is my understanding of the parts.  IMG_2069 - Top anchor piece.  IMG_2074 - gray fiberglass rod and spring.  IMG_2071 plastic fittings and string.  IMG_2070 plastic fittings, spring, string, and rod from a working window.  Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you have an old rod style balance. These aren't made anymore, unfortunately, but the good news is that one of our modern channel balances can be used as a substitute. The catch is that it takes a little work on your end.

Before we go any further, can you measure the diameter of the spring and tell me what you get? Can you also show me a photo of the shoe that connected the balance to the sash?

Lastly, you're going to need an undamaged version of this balance to use as a reference for length. It's not really possible to accurately measure length from a broken model, due to the way these are designed.
