MW Casement window locking mechanism

A home owner from Memphis area says:
I have several circa-2007 MW casement windows with internal mechanisms that no longer function properly and am in need of parts. Any idea where or if these components can be found...or even what they are called?

Hi there!

We can't guarantee this will work for you but take a look at our 38-205. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if you think this matches what you need.

A home owner from Memphis area says:
Thanks. I think we are getting close.

My original pictures had two styles of arms. Your product contains one of them. I wonder you have something that matches the other style of arm more closely (see attached).

Also, my mechanism does not have a mounting plate (yours measures 13/16th") to mount the pivot to the window frame. The plastic component is mounted directly to the frame using a screw through a brass bushing and washer (see picture of a healthy one - there's no mounting plate). Therefore, I would likely need to remove the mounting plate on your product. Is that brass connection between the mounting plate and plastic component removable?

Thank you

I've actually never seen this configuration before. That's really weird. If this thing just mounts to the frame with a screw, then how do you lock and unlock the window? I don't see any way to do that.

I suspect this may be a custom setup. I have never before seen a lock arm like yours mounted this way. If you happen to know who installed these windows, you may want to contact them directly.
