Hello -

We have MW Crank windows in our kitchen. We do not have any cranks. Do you know which cranks we should order. The home was built in 1999. Thank you.

Sure, this looks like a typical Truth brand operator. With that in mind I would recommend the 39-114L, which has an 11/32" diameter hole. We also sell the 39-205, which is the same style but folds.

Hello - I ordered and received 39-305 however the diameter is too large. What size should I exchange them for?

I'm honestly shocked to hear that. The 39-205 is specifically designed to work with operators like yours. Can you tell me the exact diameter of your handle's hole?
