MW Dual Window non tilt window balance replacement

Question

I need assistance locating replacement window balances for my MW non tilt double hung windows. The home was built in 1987. Please advise whether you carry the requested part and, if not, who might carry it. MW windows was purchased by PlyGem in 2004 and does not provide replacement parts for the older windows. I've tried unsuccessfully to get through to Fenster Components. Thank you in advance for your help.

I believe this balance system is in a jamb liner. You will need to remove the sashes and one jamb liner. Once you ave done that, then you would need to take them to your nearest mill work and they can set you up with a new type of jamb liner.
