MW Locking Patio Door Handle

Question

Patio door handle pivots where connected to door frame. It unlocks by pulling handle toward you, locks pushing handle toward door. Internal screw came out on one end. I was able to disassemble and put screw back in but it came out again. I like the design and would like to know if either the mechanism can be replaced or if the handle can be replaced.
