Hello, we're happy to help you find a handle for your patio door. If you can send us over a few photos with measurements, we should be able to identify it.

Without seeing the original handle and lock, it will be very hard for us to identify what you need.  Based on your new pictures, it looks like your inside mortise lock is still installed in the door. Could you remove it and show us a picture of it by itself? That may give us a clue as to what handle will work for you. 

Can you also confirm the exact distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? I cannot make out what you have based on just a tape meaurer. The more precise you can be, the better.
