MW Twinseal Casement window

Question

Image 2525 shows ID of the part as: Truth 31850. Although old this part appears to function ok. The track & the roller part are not functioning. The track has a slight bend due to the roller mechanism has broken & is binding. The top track & roller seem to be ok.
I managed to get the window back in almost-closed position & covered from the inside with cardboard and sealed with plastic.

I would be interested in replacement parts for the bottom operation of the window. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

It seems like you're referring to the hinges that anchor the window sash to the frame. We do offer the 36-048 hinge set but ours do not use a roller as shown in your photo. To determine if we can supply a suitable replacement, we would need to see the entire hinge assembly removed from the window. Thank you!
