MW Window Lock

I need to replace some of my window locks. The windows are slipping from the top, which causes an opening at the top of the window - allowing air to come in.

This looks a bit like our 90-278. Is the size close enough to work as a replacement? The keeper that matches this lock is our 90-058, if you need that, as well.
