Can you post a quick picture of your spiral bottom piece so that we can see what you have. Sorry, we do not have a local distributor in Richmond, VA.

I am looking to purchase several balance shoes for my MW Windows. The windows have 3/8" spiral balances that are 25" long with two pins at the bottom that attach to the pivoting shoes. Where are you located ??

That hardware piece is called the pivot shoe. Browse through the pivot shoe section to see if you can match your pivot shoe up to it's replacement. You may not need to replace the pivot shoe if it is not broken.

Paul, I looked at the online catalog, but do not see the exact spiral balance bottom piece for my MW windows. The windows are about 8-0 years old. They are twin seal double hung and 30" wide, the spiral (3/8") balance is 25" long with two pins on the spiral end of the counter balance. I will buy 10-12 of them as they seem to be the weak point of the mechanism. Is there alocal distributor near Richmond VA.
