MW Windows will not stay up need stick to hold them up. Windows were installed when house was built in the 1995. Wondering if you have parts for these windows they are 53" long from top of spring to bottom of window.

Hi there!
Thanks for posting. If the springs are not broken, you might need a new pivot bar or balance shoe. Tilt in and remove the sash and check on those two parts.
