Hello! This measures 4 1/2" across and no longer cranks shut. Seems similar to the Anderson 4-1/2", but hoping for your help!

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. To confirm that this is the right replacement match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
