MW vinyl windows

Question

I have MW vinyl windows ca. 1998.  Some of the little rotating cams have disintegrated so the tilt no longer works.  Pictures attached.  Can you recommend a fix?  Let me know what measurements you need for a retrofit if that is the option.  Thank you.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we are not able to identify your pivot shoe while it is still installed. If you could show us the pivot shoe removed from the window jamb, as well as write out the exact with and thickness, that will help us narrow down your options.
