Would you please help let me know if you have this part? It's 5/8 inch width, 3 inch length including the tip.

I think we do, yes. Start by looking at our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches. Go over our measurements to confirm that everything lines up. The top trim of these latches are squared off instead of round like yours, but the base is still round and should install in the same slot (assuming the dimensions are the same).
