Length top flat ( sash side) to tip of rounded end is 2 5/8". Width of top side is 1/2". Depth of latch( fits in window groove) is5/16"

As depicted : length 2 5/8
Width 1/2"
Depth 5/16"
Triangle on left is pop out that locks sash in channel.

I recommend looking at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Now, their caps are squared off at the back, but the bases are still round so the shape of the cap shouldn't matter too much.
