M&W Weatherstripping Windows

I am looking for replacement weatherstripping for what I believe are M&W double hung windows from 1991. I have attached a photo of the profile . The plastic insert is L shaped and is inserted in a slot that is about 1/4" in width. There is a foam insert for sealing that has deteriorated and is now flat.

If I need to order several pieces for trial, I can do that if you can provide suggestions with part numbers.
