M&W double hung double lock window - installed in the house in 1999 Pivot Lock shoe with blue

Numbers appear to be 590 CSB on the piece.

Any help.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer that made your shoe has gone out of business. We suggest taking a look at our 15-118 pivot shoe to be used in its place.

I am not that experienced to be able to look at determine is that 15-118 pivot shoe will work in place of the one that is broken.

Do you know if it is a direct replacement?

I'm afraid I cannot guarantee it will work. It is the best possible match currently made. You can review our dimensions below. You will need to measure your own shoe to confirm they are the same size.
