Made of metal or plastic?

Original windows on the 5 y/o home we just moved into has plastic locks, and the levers break easily. Need metal replacements.

Hello! The 90-278 is made of metal. It's actually very uncommon for window locks to be made of plastic these days. Any plastic window locks you see are either very old or just very cheap.

Thanks. The builder of the 5 y/o house I just bought apparently went cheap. Quite a few of them had broken levers. I just installed 2 and they're a perfect fit. Will be ordering more soon now that I know they fit.
