Are the magnetic screen savers made out of metal? My sister gave me one that looks like a dragonfly and I wanted to buy some for gifts. Thanks! Linda

Good Morning Linda,

Yes, the magnetic screen savers are made out of metal.

Each screen saver includes two metal pieces which are artistically painted. On the inside of the two pieces there is a magnet tightly glued which holds the set together when placed on a window screen. The picture below shows the inside of both pieces and how the magnets are placed on them; below that, the profile of the set when both pieces stuck back together.

Magnetic screen savers are a new product for SWISCO and new styles will be coming soon. Take a look at the Home Accessories section of our catalog to see all the current available styles.

Our screen savers do work on fiberglass mesh. The trick is that they stick to each other.
