Majestic Window Pivot Bar

Question

Good Afternoon,  can you please help me identify this pivot bar (LIC PAT 5,069,001)? That's the best I could see the number. I have a majestic window. Also, I need the pivot shoe. I ordered the Flared Pivot Bar, 2-1/2", but the length and flare were just a bit short. I appreciate your help
