Making sure my order is good before purchase

Hope all is well. I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct window balancers before ? purchase. Here are the photos below. It's 27inch in length from top frame to bottom frame. Stamp number is 26-5. Also I'm curious if the new balances come with the string and a block see pic below

Hello there!

Based on what I see here and if the metal channel is 27" long, I would recommend the S795-27 channel balance. This comes attached by default with the 15-195 closed cam shoe but yours has an open cam which means you'll have to purchase the 15-195B separately. The video below will show you how to pop them on and off.

Your 26-5 stamp may translate to the 27E option but we recommend you weigh the window sash just to be sure. There's a chart under the product description on the S795-27 store page that will tell you which option is best based on the weight of the sash.

And yes! These balances come fully assembled with the pulley system and are ready to install right out of the box.
