Sorry for the glare- I need to replace the entire mechanism. Any idea which one this could be?

I would recommend starting by looking over the 82-087 keyed and 82-089 non-keyed handle sets. Review the specifications below compared to your assembly, paying close attention to the 3-15/16" hole spacing. Thanks for posting!
