Malta 5A7 replacement vinyl jambs

I am looking to figure out the style of vinyl jambs (with internal balancer) to replace them on some older windows at my mothers island beach house, its impossible to find anyone to do this work on island so I need to order and bring the parts next time I visit her and do the repair myself.

Any help would be appreciated, the home was built in 1988 or 1989.
