Hi! Thanks for posting. It sounds like you need new window balances. Could you possibly attach some photos of the window balances removed from the sides of the window? 

Please make sure to include the end attachments on either end of the metal channel in the photos and the stamp (series of numbers also located on the metal channel). 

Actually, I just saw this discussion and I think I know what you need. Ignore the balances, do you need the clip? If so, check out the 15-159 Malta pivot shoe. I think this matches what you need. Just check the size.
