Looking for parts for what may be Malta windows. I'm a carpenter/contractor and do some window replacement and repair. I need the string and spring assembly on double-hung units. What information do you need to provide the right parts?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you're looking for new window balances. I'm just not sure what you have exactly from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window, along with any attachments, and show us some photos?
