The year window was installed in the kitchen in about 1980. The size of the window is 38" by 26". Crank is broken

Hello there!

We may have a replacement for your operator but I can't identify it from these photos. Can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible? That's the best way for us to help.
