I do not find the roller number on your site.

It looks like you need various parts for a balance system, but I don't recognize the other part attached to the pulley cord. I think it might be part of the pulley system itself, which cannot be repaired or replaced. You may need an all new balance.

To confirm, can you show me a picture of an undamaged balance that has everything intact? That will give us a better idea of what you need and whether or not we can supply it.
