Malta double hung window

I have a Malta double hung window that the plastic clips that connect the weight cable to the window are broken. Also the side plastic jambs that the weight cable comes out of are cracked and the hole where the cable is has split down about four inches. the side jamb is 65.5inches long by 3 3/8" wide. I have attached a picture of each any help getting these parts would be appreciated. Thank you
