I'm not sure what this part is. I've never personally seen it. I can tell you the shoe in the bottom of your second picture is likely our 15-159, but we don't carry the other parts you show. In my experience, if any balance hardware is broken on your Malta jamb liner, then your best bet is to contact a local mill work and have them replace the jamb liner itself. I would wager this hardware isn't made anymore.
