Malta pivot shoe/top

Question

My Malta windows can not stay open. I think for some windows the pivot shoe is broken and I can get 15-159 as replacement.But some breaks at top. Is the part called pivot top? What can I get for replacement?

I'm not sure what it is you're talking about, however if the window fails to stay open then it's usually because of the balance itself, not just its shoe. If you can, please take a few pictures of all the hardware in question and we can work from there. Keep in mind, however, that Malta is out of business and some of their parts are no longer available.
