Malta screen frame latch

Question

Is product code 70-048 the same as what we have? What is the price? Do you have them in beige? Do we have to take the screen apart to insert them? We have a Total of 8 that are broken. We have a total of 22. 14 are not broken, but are brittle and pop apart very easily. We don't want to mix the black with beige unless we have to. Thank you Wanda
