Manufacturer unknown- no stickers inside frame or embossing

A quick learner from Kenosha, WI says:
This black plastic "guide" (name??)was somehow chewed up by my renters and now the window won't go back in because this plastic guide won't pop back into place and sit flush. Should I mail in the part so it is easier to match. Selling home, this repair critical to make closing deadline.

Many thanks for writing in. From your photos, it looks like you have a double hung window where the sashes move up and down. From your photos of the track, the gray nylon fitting with a metal center cam looks like our 15-208 pivot shoe. The black nylon piece looks to be a window stop and doesn't help the sash to operate. May we see the balance system attached to the pivot shoe and your sash? Can you also show us the top tilt latch and bottom pivot? From there, we will try and see what the problem is.
