Also if somebody can post the video for how to change SilverLine Casement Window handle, I would appreciate. Handle is not broken but doesn't go up and down.

I'm afraid this tilt latch is too damaged for me to ID. Would it be possible to see one in whole condition? That would allow me to track down a suitable replacement in our inventory. Thank you!

In the meantime, my best guess is the 26-393. This may be what you need but you will have to review its size and design to verify.
