Maritech Window

Question

I'm looking for the part that is in the pictures provided.  It is a (safety device?) that stops the window from raising all the way up on the second floor of the house.  I guess this device is to prevent from falling out of the window.  I have several that are broken and need to be replaced.  I believe the windows are MariTech Windows 450 Vinyl single hung twin window w/ continuous head & sill FL12525/ IG NAMI-101477

Unfortunately, we don't carry an exact replacement for your vent latch but you could consider the 26-122, which is a similar style. We can't guarantee that this will work for you but take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours. Thank you!
