For scale, the OD of the small, separate wheel is 0.98".

The OD of the wheels in the assembly is about 1.23".
They seem to be worn, so they might have been larger diameter.

The length of the length of the side plate is about 5.13".

The distance between the mounting hole centers is about 5.75"
