We're happy to help with this, but we'll need you to remove the balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings. We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balances, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You will have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
