Marvin 18 (& 1/2?)" Split Arm Casement Egress Operator

The house is about 20 years old, and we can't find this operator at any local window place.

There's two arms that are equal length and measure about 18 to 18 1/2" from the end to the operator. The arms habe a weird joint/hinge about 3/4th of the way down. Can you please help us locate a replacement? Preferably one with the brownish/grayish color you can see in the pictures, but I suppose we can spray paint any part that will fit!
