Marvin Balance replacement part and instruction

Hello,

We have the Marvin Clad Ultimate Double Hung windows bought in late 2003. The top sash will no longer stay up so guessing we need to replace the balance system.

Can you advise as to what part we need and where to purchase? Also, need instructions as to how to do the replacement.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.
