Marvin Casement Escutcheon

A home owner from Dartmouth, MA says:

Looking for just the escutcheon in white. It looks like 38-208 but is only 3 inches long.
Any help is appreciated.

I am afraid we don't have an Escutcheon with these dimensions. I suspect this may be a product exclusive to Marvin; you may have to contact them for assistance. I apologize we can't be of more help, and best of luck with the repair.
