Hey, Bob. The handle does look like the one that comes with our 39-375, but I've seen a similar style on other, incompatible setups. I would like to see the operator and the old cover so that I may confirm that the 39-375 can work.

I'm afraid the same story goes for the lock lever. All casement window lock levers more or less look the same, so I will need to see the escutcheon that goes with it out of the window.

Thanks! That cover does indeed look like a match for our 39-375. That would be my official recommendation.

As for the lock, I'm thinking you have our 38-208. This is mostly an educated guess, though. You might still want to remove the escutcheon and compare it to our pictures just to confirm they match up.

In that case I would request a photo of the escutcheon removed from the window so that I may have a better look at it.
