Marvin Casement parts

Question

Hi, I have a few windows not closing properly. Attached are photos. It seems the windows are sagging slightly.  Can you tell me what parts I need ?  They are Marvin casements and the house was bulit in 1994. Windows are originals I believe

Hello there. Do the window operators crank the sash open and closed, but it just appears the window sash itself sags and thwarts the window sash from fully closing? If so, then the window hinges failing are the most likely culprit. See if yours match up with the 10" 36-048 Hinge Set. See the dimensions below. Let me know what you think.
