Marvin Elevate Casement handle problem

Question

Hi,
I have a customer with a casement window they can't open because the handle bumps the toilet. Would this or a similar T-handle or Loop type handle fit over the pin and allow them to open the window? They don't need it to fold down. It would be ideal if it could be either satin nickel or chrome.

Hello!

The 11/32" T-handle should work. However, they don't make it in a metallic finish. You might want to purchase the 39-451, discard the handle it comes with, and use the T-handle instead.

Whether or not the T-handle will bump into the toilet isn't something we can answer though. What we can say is that the total "wingspan" of the 39-102 is 2-3/8". I hope this helps.
