Marvin Window Balancer

Question

Need to replace, it is 25.5 inches long, 1/2 inch wide.   Goes on what i think is a double hung window, with the top portion stationary but the bottom 1/2 slides up.   See pictures.   The only number on the balancer is 25 3.  I cannot locate anything on the window nor frame.

Hello! What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its unique block and tackle system. We can supply it, but only as a special order. None of our stock balances can replace it since they lack the same block and tackle design.
