A quick learner from Jacksonville, Fl says:

I have Marvin Window purchased in 2005, as I recall. The cranks on some of the casements have failed. The operator arm is Truth Entry Guard with a number 30744B on the arm. I need several of the crank handles am am not sure what to order. Can you help?

Thanks,

Janet

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Janet. It sounds like you need new operators. Before we recommend anything, can you remove the operator from the window and show me a picture of the entire mechanism by itself? That would allow us to match up a good replacement.

I spoke to Tim yesterday and ordered 2 39-107FK products. Only the tiny pins in the handle have failed. The broke off. I can still operate the window with care using players to turn the crank shaft.
